Child Free Procedure/Waiting Room
At Southcoast Dermalgraphics safety is our #1 priority. Under no circumstances are children allowed in the procedure room.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in a missed appointment and a loss of a minimum of the client. $50.00 deposit without exception.
Children will also not be allowed to remain unattended in the waiting room. Exceptions included teenagers who drive their parents to and from a procedure.
Physical Limitations Policy
Southcoast Dermalgraphics welcomes persons with physical limitations to contact our office to determine if we can be assistance to you. Eyeliner application can be particularly challenging for individuals with vision impairment or persons with manual dexterity impairment.
College students and veterans with either will experience huge discounts.
Coming 2016: Cerebral Palsy Clinic. Cerebral Palsy high school/ college aged clients are welcome to consult with Nurse Patricia to determine if we can be of assistance to you. Wheelchair bound clients are welcome.
Any recent veteran or active member of the armed services experiencing visual or physical limitations are encouraged to contact our office for a consult to see if we can be of assistance to you.

THE TWO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS CLOSEST TO OUR BUSINESS ARE: LOGAN International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts and GREEN Airport in Warwick, Rhode Island.
The hotel closest to Southcoast Dermalgraphics is The Days Inn in the adjoining town of Fairhaven, MA. There are many more hotels in the surrounding city of New Bedford and town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts. All are within a 15 minute drive of our office.
This area is famous for having some of the freshest seafood in the country.
We are minutes away from the Historic Whaling City of Downtown, New Bedford and short drives to historic Newport, Rhode Island and beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in the event that you choose to extend your trip to Massachusetts.
For clients who are traveling alone, we offer a concierge shuttle service in which our client is driven from the airport to our office and back to the airport of their choice by one of two drivers with excellent interpersonal skills and driving records who are personally known to us. If a client has a morning appointment, we will arrange for you to be picked up and if necessary brought back to the airport later that day. Arrangements for this service must be made with us at least 30 days prior to your appointment. We do not guarantee that this service will be available, if arrangements are not done in advance. but we will make every effort to make this experience possible for you. (See concierge driver fees.)
Exclusion of Clients for Medical Conditions:
Southcoast Dermalgraphics has a Body Art Establishment permit to operate which was granted in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Health, by the Acushnet Board of Health Department.
In accordance with their bylaws, Southcoast Dermalgraphics is bound to follow their rules regarding the exclusion of clients based on their medical condition. Thus, per Massachusetts law we are bound to respectfully decline clients who at risk for poor healing or other medical conditions the Department of Public Health deems, either a risk to the client or others.This includes clients with a history of Type I Insulin Dependent Diabetes, Hepatitis C or the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, as well as clients with open lesions, warts or moles. We also are required to decline patients if deemed under the influence of drugs or alchol.
In these cases, We are sincerely sorry that we can not assist you with your permanent makeup needs.
